REGULAR KIDS SCHEDULE


MARTIAL ARTS BASICS
Move like a ninja.
The focus of this class is to develop and strengthen the essential skills that lie at the heart of every Martial Art form: respect, discipline, speed, flexibility, endurance and strength.
Through intuitive exercises and games young children will quickly learn basic Martial Arts techniques such as falling and rolling without injury, kicking and punching.
Martial Arts Basics is a great class to build healthy habits and create a strong foundation for more specialized classes.
Age: 5 - 6 years
Level: for beginners of preschool age who have little or no martial arts experience
SHAOLIN KUNG FU
Our Shaolin Kung Fu Kids Class is the perfect way to introduce your child to the ancient techniques and forms of this traditional martial art. Our program focuses on developing the body, mind and soul as well as teaching the philosophy behind martial arts, making it more than just a sport. With a combination of fun and challenging exercises, your child will learn the essential skills of Shaolin Kung Fu.

Age: 6 - 8 years & 9 - 12 years & 13+
Level: beginners & intermediate


KICKBOXING
Kick like Bruce Lee.
Our classes introduce kids and teens to the world of kickboxing: Here we combine and teach different types of kickboxing such as Muay Thai, Kung Fu and even French kickboxing (Savate).
While training will improve strength, endurance, reflexes and self-defense skills, we strive to create a fun atmosphere that fosters self-confidence as well as mutual respect.
Regular attendees have the opportunity to participate in our Half-year and Year-End exams in which they can earn a belt according to their skill level.
Age: 9 - 12 years & 13+
Level: KIDS/TEENS WITH INTEREST IN BOXING (BEGINNERS & ADVANCED)
GRAPPLING
Flow like water.
Our grappling class combines various grip fighting sports such as (Brazilian) Jiu Jitsu and Judo. The goal: to prevail against stronger and larger opponents through positional work, various leverage and choke holds and with a little practice "in a gentle way" - an ideal self-defense training.
The playful implementation corresponds to the natural childlike play instinct through various rolling and falling exercises.
Regular course attendance qualifies for participation in a belt examination.
Age: 10 - 13 years
Level: beginners & intermediate


PARKOUR
Be sure of what you are able to do.
Our Kids Parkour Class provides children with a fun and explorative environment to learn how to overcome obstacles. Our skilled instructor provides careful progression and safe guidance to ensure your child is learning in a safe and controlled environment. With our Kids Parkour Class, your child will learn the fundamentals of Parkour with confidence and skill.
Age: 8 + years
Level: KIDS/TEENS WITH INTEREST IN ACROBATICS (BEGINNERS & ADVANCED)
BOXING
Box like Rocky.
Our Teens Boxing program is designed to help teens develop their footwork, technique and hand eye coordination in a playful, safe environment. Our experienced coaches provide partner, pad and bag work to help them hone their skills. Sparring is also part of the program, and our coaches ensure it is done safely.
Age: 13 + years
Level: KIDS/TEENS WITH INTEREST IN BOXING (BEGINNERS & ADVANCED)

HOW TO BOOK
A KIDS TRIAL LESSON:
Your child is welcome to take two trial lessons with us for 10€ per lesson.

1. Create your account here with the Name and Birthdate of your child as well as your contact info.
2. Choose a class from our schedule in the right age group.
3. Write us an email to kids@chimosa.de with the name of your child and the course you have chosen.
4. After receiving the confirmation email, go to your account and pay for the class.

Please arrive at Chimosa 15 minutes before the class so we have plenty of time to get your child settled in. The necessary equipment for the trial lesson will be provided by us.
