FITNESS BOXING

This course is suitable for all levels and focuses on a combination of cardio training and boxing techniques. The workout is composed of exercises from the fitness realm and the entire repertoire of punching techniques, so you get a workout for the whole body.

All levels are welcome to join this class. 

Boxing gloves and a towel are required.

FITNESS KICKBOXING

Train your coordination and fitness on the punching bag to the rhythm of the music. Non-stop punching and kicking complemented by body weight exercises will give you an addictively fun cardio workout. This sweat session is suitable for all fitness levels.

BAG WORKOUT BOXING

This course will push you to your physical limits. The program includes nine rounds of boxing with a punching bag to give you a complete workout! An incredible calorie-burner and a course for all levels.

All levels are welcome to join this class.

BAG WORKOUT KICKBOXING

This class will push you to your limits. The program includes nine rounds of training with the punching bag: from punching to kicking techniques, you can go wild and let off all that steam and energy! An incredible way to burn calories! The class is suitable for all levels.
